After experiencing the deaths of my 17-year-old son, mother, and mother-in-law, I created a new category of important papers to help others prepare for a medical emergency or death.
I wrote a book, Grief Without Chaos, as a tool/guide to help others avoid my chaotic experiences.
This experience led me to become a Before I Go Solutions Facilitator.

About Me
- I was born in South Carolina, USA.
- When I was young my parents moved us to Florida.
- That makes me a Florida girl with southern style!
- After college, I was a Flight Attendant with Eastern Airlines (which no longer exists) for ten years which gave me the opportunity to travel, meet interesting people, and learn about our beautiful world.
- I am married, have four children, and an adorable King Charles Cavalier (my fifth child!)
- My hobbies include reading, gardening, piano, calligraphy, and making the most of every day.
